The above attached lists detail the expired licences at North Road Cemetery and Mitcham Anglican Cemetery to end 2020. Licences that are not renewed will revert to the control of the Cemetery Authority in accordance with section 38 of the Burial and Cremation Act (SA) 2013.

North Road Cemetery is a State Heritage Listed Cemetery, and as such is restricted by State Heritage Regulations.

There are currently over 2,400 expired licences at North Rod Cemetery, and over 350 at Mitcham Anglican Cemetery.
