The above attached lists detail the expired licences at North Road Cemetery, Mitcham Anglican Cemetery, Holy Trinity Lyndoch Anglican Cemetery and St John’s Salisbury Anglican Cemetery. Licences that are not renewed will revert to the control of the Cemetery Authority in accordance with section 38 of the Burial and Cremation Act (SA) 2013.

North Road Cemetery and St John’s Salisbury Anglican Cemetery are State Heritage Listed Cemeteries, and as such are restricted by State Heritage Regulations.

There are currently over 2,400 expired licences at North Road Cemetery, over 460 at Mitcham Anglican Cemetery, over 50 at Holy Trinity Lyndoch Anglican Cemetery and over 70 at St John’s Salisbury Anglican Cemetery.
